At Liquid Death, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our beverage products, we cannot accept returns on water or iced tea. If your gear or apparel didn't murder your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise.

Prepare the Sacrifice
Pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to the merchandise.
Exorcise the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.
Soul Redemption
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping.
